To open UIC Purchasing & Contract Management smart forms:

*Adobe Acrobat Pro/Reader is required to open certain smart forms. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free software and can be downloaded from the Adobe website.

• Download/Save the file to your computer.
  • Navigate to the file location.
• Right-click the file, and select Open With.
• Select Adobe Acrobat (Pro/Reader) from the list of applications.

 To set Adobe Acrobat as your default application for opening PDF files:

• Right-click any pdf file, and select Properties.
• In the Properties dialog box, click Change (next to Open With).
• Select Adobe Acrobat (Pro/Reader) from the list of applications.
